Our Higher Educational institutions have enormous potential to serve as enablers in the Indian innovation and start-up ecosystem said Rajkumar Ranjan Singh, Minister of State for Education while addressing the E- Symposium On 'Building Innovation Ecosystem In Educational Institutes'.
