More than 1.37 lakh adolescents in the 12-14 year age group were inoculated with the first dose of Corbevax till 7 pm on Wednesday — the first day of the rollout of Biological E’s Covid jab for this age group.
PM Narendra Modi on Wednesday praised the Covid vaccination drive for being “science-driven” and “people-powered” as the government expanded the programme to cover all citizens aged 12 years and above.
