The coming widespread integration of AI could significantly impact human life in ways that are not yet fully understood. A study led by a professor from the University of Central Florida has identified six challenges that must be overcome to guarantee that artificial intelligence (AI) is dependable, secure, trustworthy, and aligned with human values. The study identifies human well-being, responsible AI, privacy, design, governance and oversight, and human-AI interaction as the six challenges.
