All non-essential shops to be shut in Mumbai from today

All shops, except those providing essential services, will remain closed in Mumbai from Monday (April 5) amid increasing Covid-19 cases in the city, an order said on Sunday.

Meanwhile, the Maharashtra government announced new restrictions, including a weekend lockdown and a night curfew in the state.
