Anantnag: 1 charred body found, 2 militants suspected to be at spot

The operation to drive out terrorists entrenched up in Jammu and Kashmir's Anantnag district's Gadole forest region reached its sixth day, with security forces utilising drones to locate the hideouts to carry out assaults on the militants. One burnt corpse, believed to be that of a militant, was retrieved earlier this morning and has been sent for DNA testing. Sources said two more militants are believed to be still present.
