Over the years, food adulteration has increasingly become a matter of concern. As this concern rises, the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) recently took to Instagram to show how you can test if your food grains are adulterated with Dhatura.

For the unversed, Dhatura, also known as jimson weed, are poisonous flowering plants. As per a research published in 'Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Biomedicine,' Dhathura's ingestion induces characteristic symptoms.
