Mumbai Police on Wednesday arrested Bajrang Dal workers who were protesting against the ‘naming’ of a garden in a sports complex in Malad after the 18-century ruler of Mysore Tipu Sultan.

Congress leader and Mumbai Guardian Minister Aslam Shaikh, who inaugurated new facilities at the garden, said that the place always bore the name of Tipu Sultan, and there was no fresh nomenclature.
