Balaji Telefilms Shareholders Vote Against Giving Raise to Ekta and Shobha Kapoor

The shareholders of Balaji Telefilms have dismissed the proposal of increasing the salary of the company’s Managing Director Shobha Kapoor and Joint Managing Director Ekta Kapoor.
As per the newest annual report of the company, actor Jeetendra’s wife Shobha Kapoor received a total salary of Rs 2.09 crore, including a salary of Rs 1.95 crore plus necessities of Rs 7.62 lakh.
