Madhya Pradesh forest minister Vijay Shah on December 25, 2020, launched India’s first hot air balloon wildlife safari in Bandhavgarh Tiger Reserve. According to the minister, now like Africa’s forests, tourists in India will also enjoy hot air balloon wildlife safari.

Bandhavgarh Tiger reserve is located in the eastern Satpura hill range of Umaria and katni districts of Madhya Pradesh. Bandhavgarh National Park was declared a national park in 1968.
