BCCI remains opaque and continues to flout its own Constitution!

Four years ago, SC asked the then BCCI president and secretary to “cease and desist” from being associated with BCCI. It followed recommendations when the Lodha Committee submitted its report to make Indian cricket administration transparent and accountable.
But the reforms have still not been implemented fully, even after the apex court approved a new constitution for the BCCI.
