Last April, the BMC had created a WhatsApp group called 'Revival Sunrise Hospital' to fast-track approvals for Bhandup's Sunrise Hospital located inside Dreams Mall.
The hospital management had requested that the mall irregularities be delinked from it for grant of provisional OC. However, the BMC delinked irregularities of the hospital premises too.
