Congress' Nirmala Gehtodi files papers, exudes confidence

On Wednesday, the Congress candidate for the Champawat Assembly by-election, Nirmala Gehtodi, filed her nomination papers. She was accompanied by the PCC president Karan Mahara, the Opposition leader in the state assembly Yashpal Arya and other leaders.
Exuding confidence about her victory, Gehtodi told media persons that the Congress workers were enthusiastic after filing her papers.
