Cyclone Mocha: NDRF teams arrive in West Bengal's Digha, IMD issues warning

Several units of Indian Coast Guard (ICG) have been placed on high alert after the warning of the India Meteorological Department (IMD) for cyclonic storm 'Mocha'. IMD predicted that the depression over the southeast Bay of Bengal moved northwestwards and is likely to move north-northwestwards. It further said the movement of the depression has intensified into a cyclonic storm where wind speeds can reach 130 kmph, over the southeast and adjoining central Bay of Bengal.
