Delhi court asks CBI to respond to Aakar Patel’s plea to revoke lookout notice

A Delhi court on Wednesday sought a response from the CBI on a plea moved by Aakar Patel, the chair of human rights watchdog Amnesty International India, challenging the lookout circular issued against him by the federal agency.
Advocate Tanveer Ahmed Mir, appearing for Patel, sought suspension of the lookout notice.
