The recent surge in the adoption of digital technology on a wider scale may have brought the technology sector to the fore but has clearly created a digital divide of sorts.
According to Sanjay Gupta, Vice President and Managing Director, Google India, such a divide still exists as a major chunk of the population is still waiting to be digitally connected.
