Emami founders to step down, pave way for next generation

Home-grown FMCG company Emami Ltd has announced the restructuring of its board with the founders of the company — RS Agarwal and RS Goenka — relinquishing their executive positions on its board.
As a part of the restructuring, Mohan Goenka has been re-designated as Vice Chairman-cum-Whole-Time Director, and Harsha V Agarwal has been re-designated as Vice Chairman-cum-Managing Director.
