The founder of the far-right Oath Keepers group, Rhodes, and four others are the first to go on trial in more than a decade on charges of seditious conspiracy for their role in the January 6, 2021 attack on the US Capitol.
Rhodes and four of his co-defendants are accused of conspiring to try to keep Trump in power after he lost the 2020 election.
