Flipkart Apologizes to Nagaland Customer for Saying, "No Services Outside India"

Flipkart has apologized to a Nagaland customer for a faux pas made by an employee. A customer from Kohima had asked on Facebook why the website had stopped delivering items to the state. "We still didn’t get independence and we are still a part of India. Treat all states equally areeh!”

The reply from Flipkart read, “We appreciate your interest in shopping with us. However, sellers do not provide our services outside India.”
