Former Gyanvapi petitioner seeks euthanasia from President, sets deadline for June 9

Days after withdrawing from the Varanasi Gyanvapi Mosque case, Rakhi Singh asked the President to grant her request for euthanasia, citing harassment from the other four litigants. Singh was one of the five women petitioners in the case demanding to allow Hindu prayers and rituals to be performed in the Gyanvapi mosque complex. Narrating in detail the harassment she has been subjected to, Rakhi penned a letter seeking a response from the President by 9 am on June 9.
