Ganesh Chaturthi: Seamless travel to Konkan on festival days

Ganesha devotees can now avail of seamless travel to the Konkan region to celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi, as the Central Railway will not be putting a mega block on the route’s up-and-down slow line between Thane and Kalyan. Guardian Minister of Mumbai suburbs Mangal Prabhat Lodha spoke to railway authorities to discuss the urgency of the matter and seek their help. Six special trains called ‘Namo Express’ are running to the Konkan region, while more than 300 buses have also been arranged.
