Gujarat: Magnitude-3.2 earthquake jolts Kutch

A magnitude-3.2 earthquake jolted Gujarat's Kutch district. No damage to life or property was reported. The Institute of Seismological Research (ISR) informed that the tremor was recorded at 7:35 AM. The epicentre of the earthquake was located around 10 km north-northeast from Bhachau. Kutch is located in a very 'high risk' seismic zone. It experienced a devastating earthquake in January 2001 in which 13,800 people were killed and another 1.67 lakhs were injured.
