An H&M store in the city reportedly shut down after a former employee shared photos that appeared to show bugs crawling on hoodies. The person, who goes by @Madesonee_ on Twitter, worked at the H&M store in the Oculus at the World Trade Center.
The woman claimed that a customer had notified her about 'lice' on a rack of hoodies but the management was not willing to close down the store, nor did they inform any of the employees.
