HC reserves order on plea by Sanjiv Bhatt

Gujarat High Court on Thursday reserved an order on a petition filed by former IPS officer Sanjiv Bhatt and other cops in a case of custodial torture in Jamnagar in October 1990.
Mahesh Chitroda, one of the complainants who filed a complaint against them alleging custodial torture, has filed an affidavit before the court stating he didn't want to pursue the case and withdraw the complaint.
