Days after the Congress leadership appointed him as the Haryana Pradesh Congress Committee (HPCC) president, senior Dalit leader, and ex-MLA Udai Bhan, 67, took charge of his post at the state party headquarters in Chandigarh Wednesday.
The event was turned into a show of strength by Leader of Opposition (LoP) and ex-chief minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda and his son Rajya Sabha MP Deepender Hooda.
