How Soon Will Europe’s Major Tourist Destinations Reopen to Americans?

In an unexpected move, Greece has announced that it will be reopening its borders to tourists as early as May. Greece’s Tourism Minister Harry Theocharis announced that anyone who is vaccinated, has antibodies or tests negative in advance of their trip will be invited to visit starting May 14.
