I was given electric shocks by Chinese PLA, says 'abducted' Arunachal boy

Miram Taron, the 17-year-old boy from Arunachal Pradesh, who was ‘abducted’ by PLA, said that he was tied up and given electric shocks. He was released by the PLA on January 27, nine days after he was reported missing.

“They tied up my hands and took me deep into the jungle. On the first day, they tortured me; gave me electric shocks,” he said. “But that was it. They did not torture me from the second day,” he added.
