Imphal Street Vendors Protest Against Eviction

Street vendors of Imphal protested on Tuesday when they were evicted from selling things after 8 am. Imphal Municipal Corporation (IMC) caretaker mayor, L Lokeshwor had, on Monday, announced that street vendors in the city market will not be allowed after 8 am.
Following the announcement, city police evicted the street vendors after 8 am on Tuesday.
