India processing 70% of daily waste, aim to reach 100%: PM Modi

India is processing about 1 lakh tonnes of waste every day, which is 70% of the daily waste produced by the country, said Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday.
"Today India is processing about 1 lakh tonnes of waste every day. Today we are processing about 70 percent of daily waste. Now we have to take it to 100 percent," the PM said.
