International Space Station did 540-degree flip, turned upside down: Mishap more serious

The International Space Station(ISS) did a 540-degree flip after jet thrusters of a newly arrived Russian research module inadvertently fired a few hours. Zebulon Scoville, the flight director who was in charge at mission control centre has revealed that the mishap more serious.

“We had two messages, just two lines of code, saying that something was wrong…And then I looked up at the video monitors and saw all the ice and thruster firings. This is no kidding.”
