ISRO’s Chandrayaan-3 spacecraft reaches Sriharikota spaceport for July launch

The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) has brought its Chandrayaan-3 mission to the Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Sriharikota, with a planned launch in July. Chandrayaan-3 aims to achieve a soft landing on the lunar surface. It consists of a lander and rover and will be launched by the LVM3 system. The mission also includes the SHAPE instrument for studying Earth from the lunar orbit.
