ISRO to ink new deal to identify Ram Setu, other archaeological sites

The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) is all set to sign an MoU with the Indian Council of Historical Research to help them identify archaeological sites, especially the Ram Setu, which has been a topic of debate between India and Sri Lanka for years, and establishing an ancient knowledge system. ISRO Chief Dr K Sivan said they have been able to trace the dried-up channel of the mythological river Saraswati via high resolution imagery and satellite images.
