Kerala-Rail survey: HC insists on being informed about the legal provisions

The high court on Monday asked the state government whether it doesn't want to implement the SilverLine semi high-speed rail project in the correct manner as per law. If the government makes a submission on the legal provisions of the survey, the court is prepared to even vacate the stay, the judge said.

Justice Devan Ramachandran said the court is still being kept in the dark about the law under which a survey is being conducted and the purpose of such a survey.
