Kolkata Metro Rail services restored after disruption due to rail fracture

On Thursday, metro services were disrupted after a rail fracture was detected between Belgachia and Shyambazar stations, an official told PTI.
A Kolkata Metro official said that truncated services ran from 8.14 am to 11.06 am between Girish Park and Kavi Subhas stations and between Dumdum and Dakshineswar stations. In continuation to the previous message, normal Metro service was restored at 11.06 hrs.
