Maharashtra logged 169 new COVID-19 cases, 172 recoveries on May 1

On Sunday, May 1, Maharashtra recorded 169 fresh COVID-19 cases, taking the number of active topics to 995. Besides, 0 COVID-19 deaths were reported in the day, bringing the total fatalities to 1,47,843.
The Pune circle--which includes Pune, PMC, PCMC, Solapur, Solapur MC, Satara--recorded 37 new cases.
