Man held for fake bomb threat, assaulted crew: Singapore Airlines flight

A 37-year-old man was arrested for allegedly assaulting a cabin crew member of a Singapore Airlines flight and causing a fake bomb threat a media report said.

The flight landed safely at Changi Airport at about 5:50 am under the escort of Republic of Singapore Air Force F-16C/D fighter jets. In a statement, Singapore Airlines said the "unruly" passenger allegedly hit a cabin crew member.
