A man has confessed that he replaced his wife's cat with another one six years ago and she still has no idea about it. He said that his partner was away for a week to see her family and he looked after the feline which was aggressive and scratched everyone.

He continued, "The next morning, I went to the local animal shelter. I found an identical cat who was already litterbox trained and acclimated to people."
