Mumbai metro to operate from Oct 15; schools, colleges to remain shut

The Mumbai metro rail services will become operational from October 15, while schools, colleges, and places of worship shall remain closed in Maharashtra, the state government said today as it issued unlock guidelines.
Besides this, government and private libraries will also be allowed to function from October 15, the government said.
