On the occasion of the birthday of CM Sri K Chandrasekhar Rao, with Green India Challenge inspiration, he announced that he is adopting 1080 acres of forestland.
Chengicherla Forest Block is in the Uppal-Medipally area on Hyderabad Warangal highway and among the urbanization, there is 1682 acres of forestland.
