Neeraj Chopra, Eldhose Paul, Rohit Yadav through to finals

Neeraj Chopra automatically qualified for the final of men’s javelin throw with his first throw of 88.39m. This is the first time Chopra has made the World Championship final. 

Triple Jumper Eldhose Paul also through to the finals with his second jump of 16.68. Rohit Yadav’s first throw of 80.42 makes him the second Indian javelin to qualify for the men’s javelin event.
