Nefarious conspiracy: A cache of weapons including seven AK 47 rifles recovered in the Gurez sector

ESF succeeded in recovering a cache of arms from Gurez in north Kashmir’s Bandipora district including 7 AK-47 rifles, 21 AK magazines, 1190 rounds, 2 China-made pistols, 132 pistol rounds, and 13 grenades besides other arms and ammunition.

On September 27, based on intelligence inputs, a search operation was launched along Nowshera Nad of the LoC in the Gurez sector, a police official said.
