New civic agency from Maha to collect door-to-door waste

A Maharashtra-based civic agency will now handle the door-to-door waste management of 47 city wards, said officials of the Dehradun Municipal Corporation (DMC). The contract of the previous company managing door-to-door waste collection was terminated earlier this year and the work was being done on the extension since August.
