New Zealand cricket team returns to Pakistan for Test and ODI series

A year after abandoning their tour over security concerns, the New Zealand cricket team led by Tim Southee returned to Pakistan for 2 Tests series which will be followed by three ODIs. The Kiwis are now the third team to tour Pakistan in 2022 after Australia and England. The arrival of the Kiwis comes just days after England whitewashed Pakistan at home in a three-match Test series that has seen the hosts' cricket board chief sacked.
