Over 10 Million Unorganised Workers Registered on e-Shram Portal

More than 1 crore workers have registered at E-Shram portal set up to generate a comprehensive database of the unorganised workers required for delivery of various welfare schemes.
The E-Shram portal is generating database of workers from different sectors. Around 48 per cent of these registered workers are in the age group of 25-40 years, 21 per cent in the 40-50 years age group, 19 per cent in the 16-25 years age group and 12 per cent in the age group of 50 years and above.
