PM to launch Garib Kalyan Rojgar Abhiyaan for Migrant Workers on 20th June

Government of India has decided to launch a massive rural public works scheme 'Garib Kalyan Rojgar Abhiyaan' to empower and provide livelihood opportunities to the returnee migrant workers and rural citizens. This Abhiyaan will be launched by PM Modi on 20th June at 11 am from Telihar Village of Bihar. The villages across 116 districts in six states altogether will join this programme.
The districts are estimated to cover about 2/3 of such migrant workers, the government said.
