Ahead of the Uttar Pradesh Assembly election, Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi Vadra talked to India Today on women empowerment. Priyanka Gandhi said her 'ladkhi hu, lad sakti hu' campaign is going door-to-door in Uttar Pradesh now.

She also hit out at the BJP and Samajwadi Party, saying they are not doing enough on issues related to women. "From the time I raised the issue, Modi ji conducted one women's sammelan. The Samajwadi Party is also working on it. BJP only believes in giving freebies," she said.
