Puducherry imposes 14-day lockdown from May 10 amid Covid-19 spike

In wake of rising cases of COVID-19, Puducherry on Saturday announced a complete lockdown to contain the spread of the viral disease in the Union Territory.
The restriction will come into effect from May 10 midnight and it will remain in force till May 2 midnight. The government of Puducherry had issued restriction orders to contain the spread of the COVID-19 virus but the cases have not stabilized, but have risen since then.
