Restructuring- Punjab govt merges various wings of water resources department; 2 chief engineers retires Kanwar Inder Singh/ royalpatiala.in Punjab government has issues an order of merging of various wings of Punjab water resources departments. Today, two chief engineers Devinder Singh and Varinder Pal Singh got superannuation after attaining the age of 58 years.
