Punjab schools closed: Winter holiday in schools extended due to cold till January 14

In view of the extreme cold wave conditions across the northern part of India, the Government of Punjab has yet again announced extending the state school holidays. Earlier, the schools were scheduled to reopen on January 09, 2023, after the extension of winter holidays they will now reopen on January 14, 2023. The extension has been announced only for students of Class 1st to 7th of all government, aided, recognized and private schools in Punjab.
