Ram Navami violence: What triggered the clashes? 

A day after communal clashes broke out in four states, including Madhya Pradesh, during a Ram Navmi procession, Madhya Pradesh Home Minister Narottam Mishra said that 84 people have been arrested so far in connection with the violence in the state.

Narottam Mishra said, "84 people have been arrested so far and 6 encroachments have been demolished and the work is on." All the arrests have been made by the Muslim community.
