A controversy erupted on Saturday over alleged derogatory words written about tribal women in a question-answer reference book. Messages with images of the book, ‘Kautilya Prashna Samput’ — meant for BA second year (semester four) published by R Jamnadas and Co of Ahmedabad — went viral.
Photos of a specific paragraph in which the alleged objectionable words were written, were widely shared on social media.
